Sea Breeze has teamed up with Meraki to outfit us with new WIFI equipment. Five of the nodes are currently operational providing WIFI service in the most requested areas in the hotel. Once the deployment is finished every room will have a strong signal, so make sure you bring your laptop so you can email friends and family and tell them what a great time you’re having.

Hi George, club upgraded rooms do enjoy free WIFI access and the front desk will give you a password when you check in. You just need to enter it one time and you will have full access during your stay.

Hi Mike,
Currently the WIFI access is free to all guests.
There will be a pricing plan going into place very soon for guests who do not have a Club room. I can’t say for certain if it will be started by next week.
If you have a Club upgraded room, WIFI will be free regardless.

My husband and I have booked a holiday at your hotel for 2 weeks on 28 September 2009 with Virgin Holidays. The description of the room is “Club Ocean View Room”. Does this mean it will have the upgraded facilities such as reserved sunbeds etc. Also you say there are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Does this include a kettle as I usually bring my own as coffee makers do not make good tea. I hope that this is the right place to address these questions.

The rainy season here in Barbados is from June - November, so you may see some rain while you are visiting but it usually comes in short spells followed by lots of sun. Hope this helps.

(Due to the really good comments on your website ) I am booked with Virgin for 1 week arriving 27 September 2009 I would really like one of the revamped rooms as I believe they are lovely. My daughter and I would also like twin beds please. I am a frequent virgin and a frequent flyer so would not refuse a room upgrade !!!

Hi Nadia,
Southern Surf is a couple miles away from Sea Breeze, about a 5 minute drive. You could walk it but I would not recommend walking that far with kids on our small roads.

I’m bringing my mother, out on the 5th october 2009, for a surprise, and it’s as a massive thank you, as she’s done an awful lot for me, and has had a tough few years of late, i’ve booked us in to a club beach front room. Could you just clarify if these rooms are refurbished or not? we’ve been to barbados quite a few times, and I thought it would be nice to have a special treat, and try a new hotel with lots of extras!
also, I note that there is a 2 hour cruise included in the price. Is this booked automatically for us, or do we organise it when we get there?

Many thanks to the receptionist on duty at 6pm last night for arranging a taxi at
the hotels expense to get us to the airport as virgin transport did not turn up.
We just made the flight to gatwick (last to board). Fern had a pretty rought
