Just spent two weeks at Sea Breeze, everything was perfect, staff were very friendly, food was great, rooms very good and the beach was terrific!
My wife and my family stayed here in febuary 2009 I would recommend the sea breeze to any one wishing to stay in barbados the staff, facilities, accommodation were fantastic the staff went out of there way at all times to help you. It is a place that i will go back to again and again.

We spent a fabulous two weeks at the Sea Breeze in june and had a wonderful time - the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent and the location is stunning - this was our 9th trip to the island and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in so far.
Myself (Mark Brigden) and my new wife, Victoria Hatfield recently returned from a ten nights stay at Sea Breeze Hotel. We found the people very helpful and always had time for us. As Victoria has special dietry requirements the chef, Dave, made a menu especially for her. Richard, Timothy and Kim were happy to open the Mermaid restaurant ninety minutes early for us at dinner, due to Victoria’s needs. We were treated well and will always be grateful for their help. Chanique at hotel reception was always there to help us when needed. Sitting on the beach drinking fruit punch all day is a tough life, but, hey, someone has to do it.
I stayed at the Sea Breeze with a couple of friends end of June/beginning of July 2009. The staff were second to none. The receptionists were helpful and always a willing smile. The restaurant staff were also very accomodating and the “egg ladyâ€, (she knows who she is!) was always smiling, singing and dancing. A couple of lads on the beach Zero and Jamel were just brillient - nothing was too much trouble. In fact during one rainy episode, they joined us under the parasol. The rooms were very clean and contained all you need. People fantastic, hotel has been upgraded and was lovely, location - paradise! Highly recommend to anyone.
Stayed at the Sea Breeze with friends at the end of June for 2 wonderful weeks. All the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The boys on the beach, Zero and Jemele were good fun and very helpful. The hotel was in the perfect location - well done to everyone concerned.
My husband and I honeymooned in this hotel in May this year. The hotel was lovely and the beach was paradise. The virgin holiday rep (Gail) was very helpful. The only criticism i would have is the evening entertainment - It needs to be jazzed up a bit.
Sorry its a bit late, we stayed in May, it is fantastic, the staff are great, as is the hotel and food we are booked to return in December in time for the New Year and have also booked for April 2010, we just love it, paradise this is( the lady ’s name who cooks the eggs is Judy), what a great person,always so happy, we can’t wait to return.
We stayed at the Sea Breeze for two weeks in August as a family of four including two teenagers. Always difficult for us to find suitable family accommodation with 2 teenagers that would not appreciate sharing a bed and our room had two doubles plus a single bed which was ideal. Check-in was great, greeted with rum punch and porters escorted us to our room which was by the pool with an ocean view. This hotel has the best staff I have ever experienced which made our holiday.
Without naming them all, everyone working in reception, the bars and restaurants, the beach/water sports guys even the gardeners were so friendly, welcoming and helpful that we did not want to leave.
We upgraded to a club room which include reserved sun-beds and umbrellas for the beach but it was never overcrowded and the beach team did a great job in making sure everyone was looked after.
Also included was free wireless internet in room which was useful for keeping in touch as we had brought a laptop.
The food in the Mermaid and Azul restaurants was excellent, varied and far better than I expected from an all inclusive resort although sometimes too sophisticated for our teenagers who are not so adventurous.
Would highly recommend the Sea Breeze to anyone wanting a relaxing beach holiday
We stayed in the sea-breeze for 2 weeks in july for my friends wedding, this is the best holiday ive ever been on, The hotel is brilliant, the food brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Chanique is always smiling on reception, and other staff nikki, chester, and loads more we’re more than helpful 100% of the time….
I never moved off the beach Zero and Jamal we’re more than happy to help, there a credit to the hotel!! The kids club kept my little one entertained for the full 2 weeks, i didn't even know I had kids with me!
Roll on next year, I cant wait to get back there!! =]
Firstly, please tell Dave we apologise for the delay in submitting this review - he knows who we are! Colin and I were lucky enough to stay here for our honeymoon at the end of June 09. We can hand on heart say we had the honeymoon of a life time and couldn’t have wished for more. Barbados is a destination of dreams and from the moment we arrived we were truly spoilt. The hotel was beautiful, the beach looked like a post card and our room was great. All the staff were fantastic but a special thanks must go to Dave, Nicky, Oscar and Jerone. Top people who made our stay exxtra special.
We could write a separate 5 page review to praise Chef Dave and his cooking because this really did exceed all expectations. Dave is a master Chef. He gave us a wedding present we will never forget and we cant thank him enough.
We hope to return to the Seabreeze to celebrate our 1st anniversary and see everyone again.
We had a wonderful time at the Sea Breeze Hotel. We stayed there 12th August 2009 for a week before boarding our cruise for another fabulous week. The hotel is everything that it advertises staff are so friendly and helpful.Food is brilliant.Room very clean and service second to none. We would very much like to go back and i’m sure it will be sooner rather then later.
We stayed at the Sea Breeze for two weeks in september and we had our wedding there, it was amazing. Our wedding day was perfect, they made it so magical. We had the best hoilday ever the staff were so friendly, they made us feel so welcome, the food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The hotel grounds were beautiful and the beach was lovely and clean.
The only issues that we had was other guests, the hotel states that it is suitable for familys, which it was however some guest made it clear that they didnt like children around.
Other issuses were the mermaid restaurant needs some air conditioning or fans because it was just to hot in there, especialy with young children.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the Sea Breeze Beach Hotel, and we had a fabulous time. It was our 32nd Wedding Anniversay, and we will always have very happy memories of our time there. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel. ALL the staff were brilliant, from the chefs, waiter/waitresses/reception ladies/beach boys/virgin rep to the gardener who we thought kept the gardens immaculate. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary as well as my husband’s 60th birthday with you a couple of weeks ago and it could not have been better.
We stayed in Barbados 7 years ago and that hotel has now closed but Sea Breeze was so much better. Everything was just ideal from the welcome at reception to the relaxed last day when our cases were taken away.
We would like to thank everyone for making it such a memorable stay in such beautiful surroundings. We got exactly what we wanted lazy days on the beech being waited on by such lovely people.

Had a fabulous time staying 7 nights at the Sea Breeze prior to a 7 night caribbean cruise with Virgin Holidays. Do not let the 4 star rating fool you, it was 5 star treatment all the way.The staff were fantastic and so was the food whether casual dining or otherwise.We will certainly be back and soon.
Just returned from our wedding at sea breeze on 28 october 2009..staff very helpful including locals..only mionor point is fish bar by the beach is closed on buffet nights at the main restaraunt but there’s plenty on local food places if you dont like the menu…virgin rep shantelle was excellent.and many thanks to alaina(think thats how its spelt)and kathy our room cleaner which was spotless and nice flowers every now and then…we will be back some time next year to barbados…..but anyone going make sure you dont bring any camoflarge clothes..and bring lots of memory cards as you will use them.
Stayed at the sea breeze hotel in June/July and got married there. Wow what a holiday, wedding and honeymoon so relaxing .Before our wedding we were a bit nervous because the staff are so laid back, they kept telling us everything will be ok and they were right .it was spot on. On the day of our wedding the kids were in kids club, my wife was having a massage, hair and makeup done, while I was off relaxing with a game of golf. After having the wedding on the beach we had our own prepared menu by the chef, which we had with our family in the gazebo. The hotel over all was excellent the staff could not do enough for us .Food was outstanding, evening entertainment was nice and relaxing .We would like to thank everyone at the sea breeze hotel for making our wedding amazing.
