Sea Breeze Beach House is the perfect luxury boutique all-inclusive resort for corporate retreats, family reunions and incentive groups with its intimate beachfront settings on the stunning south coast of Barbados.

With its luxurious 'beach chic' accommodations and beautiful restaurants and bars, there are many options for hosting groups and private events. Start your day with a private sunrise yoga session in our beautiful gardens or end the evening with a gala dinner buffet with sand between your toes, Sea Breeze has everything you need to create that bespoke experience for your group.

Whether your group is large or small we offer discounted group rates once the group achieves a total minimum of 40 room nights. In addition to the discounted room rates, groups also receive special concessions:

  • Private Group Check In
  • Daily pre-stocked mini-bar with wine, complimentary beach bag, bobottle of champagne on arrival, speciality coffee/espresso maker and personalized concierge service
  • 10% discount off spa services
  • Complimentary gift for Group Leader with a personalized note from Hotel’s Groups Coordinator.
  • Complimentary turn-down service for the group the night before departure.
  • One complimentary room delivery (gift from the group leader, if any) once during stay.
  • Complimentary group luggage pull on arrival and departure.
  • Complimentary non-motorized watersports.
  • Complimentary WiFi throughout the property.

Additional Concessions based on a minimum of 70 room nights or more

  • Complimentary one-hour exclusive Welcome Reception for the group which includes house beverages, passed canapés, and background music.
  • One complimentary room for Group Leader based on your guests’ average length of stay, but not exceeding 7 nights, based on 70 paid room nights
